CasaDaeng's master plan positions a U-shaped building around an inner garden with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sala.

A bridge across the 25-meter pool links the north wing
to the main entrance and car park for 21 cars, located
on the ground floor of the south and west facing buildings.

CasaDaeng integrates Bauhaus and modern Thai architectural elements into a contemporary design that provides an open, unobstructed connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces suited to the tropical climate.

Designed by architects ‘Atrium design’ - one of only two architectural offices in Thailand registered with “LEED” the U.S. Green Building Council - CasaDaeng incorporates an eco-friendly design philosophy:
  • Natural cross-ventilation
  • Layout optimized to avoid excessive heat gains of west-facing windows
  • Covered terraces + balconies protected from sun and rain
  • 20 cm thick insulated light-weight block walls (licensed by “Hebel” Germany)
  • Rain protection and shading ‘fins’ around the windows
  • Energy-saving LED lighting
  • Rainwater is collected in underground cisterns and wastewater (except WC’s) is treated and re-used for watering the tropical Gardens;
  • Hot water is produced by solar-energy
  • Air - conditioning condensing units concealed on roofs and empty spaces under stair cases

  • All living room windows are folding or sliding doors to enable unobstructed connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces
  • Bathrooms are finished in high-quality marble/large ceramic glazed tiles/mosaic tiles and "American Standard” sanitary fittings;
  • Built-in kitchens with granite counter-tops, electric ovens, microwaves, ceramic hobs, extract hoods;
  • Bedrooms have wide parquet floors. Built in wardrobes and storage space throughout.
